Kinlough Family Facts In 1917 and 1918 approximately 24 million US men registered for the draft, it included 4 Kinlough men, 2 from Missouri and 2 from Pennsylvania. There was 1 Kinlough World War II US draft registrant. WB Kinlough died on board HMS Victoria when it was rammed by HMS Camperdown off the coast of Syria on 22 June 1893. There is a monument with the names of all 321 men thereon in Victoria Park, Portsmouth, England. John Kinlough served with the Manchester Regiment 6089 between 1914 and 1920.
